Cancellation & Refund Policy At Hotel Teja Garden, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness for all guests, please review our cancellation and refund terms: Cancellation Guidelines Free Cancellation: Cancel your room reservation at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund (minus any payment processing fees). Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s tariff. No-Show: No shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking value. Refund Processing Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method. It may take 5–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card provider. Any bank or transaction charges during refund processing will be deducted from the refund amount.
