Booking & Confirmation Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the rate plan selected. Ensure your booking details are correct before confirming. 2. Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability and charges. 3. Guest Responsibility Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for check-in. Guests are responsible for personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss or theft. 4. Conduct Guests must conduct themselves respectfully. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund for inappropriate behavior. 5. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed in the Cancellation & Refund Policy section. 6. Force Majeure The hotel is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 7. Amendments The hotel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance. Service Delivery & Shipping Policy (Booking & Service Terms) While a hotel does not ship physical products, this section explains how booking services and associated deliverables are handled: 1. Service Scope When you reserve a room or event space, you are booking the accommodation and services for the specified dates as per your confirmed booking. 2. Delivery of Services Your room and selected services (e.g., dining, water park access, banquet usage) will be available according to your booking dates and times. Any changes must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. 3. Confirmation & Documentation Upon successful booking, you will receive a booking confirmation message or email. Please present your booking reference at check-in. 4. Event Services For wedding venues, conference halls, and other event spaces, specific terms regarding setup, timing, and cancellations may apply. Our event team will share those details at the time of booking. 5. Modifications to Bookings Guest requests to modify dates, room types, or services must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in for minimal charges or eligibility subject to availability.
